Cancellation
I kindly ask that all clients reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours prior to their appointment time. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in the deposit being retained, unless there is an emergency. In that case, please contact me directly.
Clients who do not show up and do not contact me (no-call, no-show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
